Wouter Huygen

Wouter Huygen is the CEO of Rewire, where he has been working since February 2015. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate at Booz & Company from November 2006 to January 2015. He also co-founded Sendsteps, a text messaging service for events, where he worked from January 2001 to September 2006. Wouter has a diverse educational background, with degrees in Mechanical Engineering, Economics, Systems and Control Engineering, and an MBA from INSEAD. During his time as an intern at Hilti Espanola, he developed an algorithm to optimize the order picking process, showing his expertise in statistical modeling.
