Director, Federal Policy

Position Summary

With a clear vision, high-leverage strategies, and significant and sustained financial support, Rewiring America is growing rapidly. We are seeking a Director of Federal Policy to lead the organization’s efforts to defend, implement, and expand federal policies supporting residential electrification. This includes pushing for electrification advancement via federal agencies, state-federal partnerships, budget reconciliation, and/or federal legislation. You will cultivate relationships in agencies, legislative offices, and with partner advocacy groups and contribute to organizational growth and strategic planning. This position reports to the Senior Director of Policy.
