Talor Gruenwald has a diverse work experience in various organizations. In 2015, they served as a Regional Coordinator for the Heart for Change - Colombia Volunteer Program until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they worked as a Strategic Communications Specialist at ACDI/VOCA. In 2019, they were a Research Assistant at MicroEnergy International, and later that year, they served as a Graduate Student Researcher for the Institute of the Americas, focusing on decarbonization scenarios for the electricity sector in Baja California, Mexico. In 2020, they joined Energy Policy Consulting as a Data Analyst, supporting the development of an interactive web dashboard. They also worked at RMI as an Associate from 2020 to 2022, and later as a Senior Associate until 2022. Currently, Talor Gruenwald is a Senior Associate at Rewiring America since 2022.
Talor Gruenwald earned a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Spanish, with a double major, from SUNY Geneseo. After that, Talor pursued further education and received a Master's degree in Economics and Environmental Policy from UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy (GPS) between 2018 and 2020.
