Kristin Crance

Kristin Crance is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of the Refinery Services Group at Reworld Waste since June 2023, Kristin previously held significant roles at Saint-Gobain as Global Lean Manufacturing Manager and at BIC Graphic North America as Director of Site Operations. Kristin's background includes management positions at Vallourec and General Motors, where Kristin led initiatives that achieved substantial cost reductions and process optimizations. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from South Dakota Mines and an MBA from Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School.
