VP, Customer Experience at Rewst

Ashley Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Starting in 2006, they began their career as a Tier 1 Technical Support Specialist at Execulink Telecom, providing technical support to residential customers. In 2009, they joined Rogers Communications Inc. as a Loyalty Representative, where their main responsibility was to retain high-value customers through tailored solutions and achieving sales targets.

From 2009 to 2013, Ashley worked at Xylotek Solutions Inc., first as a Service Coordinator & Help Desk, managing customer tickets and ensuring service delivery, and later as an MSP Solutions & Integrations Specialist, where they handled application maintenance and integration, defined scope requirements, and administered training to end-users.

In 2013, Ashley joined Smart Owl Solutions as a Principal Consultant. In this role, they assisted MSPs in maximizing their investment in software and implemented best practices to improve efficiency. They also developed and maintained custom SQL reports for partners.

Ashley then moved on to Auvik Networks Inc. in various roles starting in 2017. They began as a Partner Success Manager, establishing strong relationships with partner accounts, identifying challenges, and driving growth. They later became a Partner Operations Program Manager, aligning initiatives with partners' goals and improving adoption and sentiment. Next, they served as a Senior Partner Operations Manager, enhancing the customer experience through best practices and engaging with the MSP community. Lastly, they held the position of Senior CX Operations Manager, focusing on bridging the gap between customers and internal processes to improve their overall experience.

In 2021, Ashley took on the role of Director, Experience Operations at Gradient MSP, where they ensured customer needs were met and internal processes were efficient. Concurrently, they became a Board Member at MSPGeek, providing support to solution providers in the IT Channel.

Currently, Ashley is the VP of Customer Experience at Rewst, a role they started in 2023.

Ashley Cooper attended Wilfrid Laurier University from 2015 to 2019, studying Business Administration and Management. Before that, they attended Conestoga College from 2014 to 2016, focusing on Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management.

In terms of certifications, Ashley obtained the Gainsight Customer Success Manager certification from Gainsight in April 2018. Prior to that, they achieved the ConnectWise Certified Professional Administrator certification from ConnectWise in April 2014. Furthermore, they obtained the LabTech Certified Professional certification from LabTech Software in July 2012, and the Auvik Certified Professional certification from Auvik Networks Inc. in July 2018.
