Cynthia Haug

Cynthia Haug has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Cynthia most recently worked at Rex as the Head of People starting in November 2022. Prior to that, they held roles at Picus Capital, first as a Senior Human Resources Manager from January 2022 to April 2023, and then as an Executive Assistant & HR Manager from January 2021 to January 2022. Before joining Picus Capital, Cynthia served as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Studyflix GmbH from July 2019 to January 2021, where they handled various responsibilities including human resources, campaign management, PR and marketing, customer communication, and sales support. Cynthia also worked as a Junior Project Manager in the events department at Juzo - Julius Zorn GmbH from October 2018 to June 2019, and as a Founders Associate at Kinderlachen GbR from July 2016 to August 2018.

Cynthia Haug completed their Abitur at A.B. von Stettensches Institut in 2012. Cynthia then went on to attend the University of Augsburg from 2014 to 2018, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Betriebswissenschaft.
