Dustin A. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dustin currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Technology Elite, where they focus on building an elite IT team. Prior to this, Dustin founded Cultural Intelligence Philippines, a consulting company that promotes efficient collaboration within multicultural teams. Dustin also founded Manila For A Day, an award-winning walking tour provider that showcases Philippine history and culture. Additionally, Dustin served as the Co-Creator and CFO of Alpabeto ng Kalikasan, a publishing company dedicated to environmental conservation and early childhood education. Dustin has also worked as a Business Development Consultant, utilizing their expertise in cultural intelligence and entrepreneurship to offer a range of business solutions. In the past, Dustin worked as an Expedition Leader at Intrepid Travel, leading small-group adventure tours worldwide. Dustin was also a Mabuhay Guide at the Philippine Department of Tourism, representing the country to VIPs and government guests. Lastly, Dustin served as a Project Manager at Metropass Systems Inc., overseeing the operation of first aid and retail kiosks in the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT3) stations. With their diverse experience and network, Dustin is well-equipped to contribute to various aspects of business and team management.

Dustin A. attended De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde from 2004 to 2008, where they earned an AB Consular & Diplomatic Affairs degree with a focus on Political Science and Government, International Relations & Affairs. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained various qualifications such as Google Project Management: Professional Certificate from Google in 2022 and Prompt Engineering: How to Talk to the AIs from LinkedIn in 2023. Dustin also completed language fluency courses in French (advanced and intermediate levels), Spanish (intermediate level), and English (expert level) through Duolingo in 2016. Prior to their university education, they completed the Mabuhay Guides Training Program from the Philippine Department of Tourism in 2009 and the Intrepid Travel Tour Leader Training in 2012.
