Robert Rokose, CPA

Robert Rokose, CPA has over 28 years of experience in the accounting and finance industry. Robert began their career in 1992 as an External Auditor for Konner & Company, CPA's. In 1994, they moved on to become an Internal Auditor for Hertz. In 1995, they took on the role of Assistant Controller at Lexington Global Asset Managers. In 2000, they became PIMCO Advisors/Allianz CFO Managing Director. From 2013 to 2014, they were CFO/Executive Director - US Funds at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they were a member of the Americas Funds Management Operating Committee and was responsible for developing and maintaining the financial infrastructure. From 2014 to 2020, they were CFO/Fund Administration and Board Member at AccuShares, where they provided financial leadership to the CEO, Board, and overall organization, and managed Fund Accounting, Daily NAV Close, Compliance Reports, and preparation of Fund financial statements and Tax Returns. In 2020, they became Chief Financial Officer at both Osprey Funds and REX Shares.

Robert Rokose, CPA, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Pace University between 1988 and 1992. Robert then obtained their MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut between 2002 and 2005. Robert also holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of New York and FINRA 7, 24, 27.
