Amber Dugger has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Amber started their career as a Volunteer at Mountain States Health Alliance, where they worked as a receptionist and office assistant for the Diabetes Center. Following that, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Alliance Data, providing transaction verification and technical support to clients. Amber then transitioned to Heartland Payment Systems, where they served as a Project Manager, coordinating with various support groups to meet clients' needs and suggesting solutions. Amber also worked as a Planning Coordinator at Saratoga Technologies, assisting the sales team in creating service contracts and generating proposals for clients. Amber continued their administrative work as a Human Resources Office Assistant at Sears, Roebuck and Co., handling general office functions and cash procedures. Amber then took on the role of IS Service Desk Analyst at Ballad Health. Later, they became a Brand Ambassador at GMR Marketing before joining W. O'Donnell Consulting, Inc. as a Sales Administrative Assistant. Most recently, Amber worked as the General Sales Director at Rexair LLC and is currently employed as a Family Partner at STRONG Accountable Care Community.
Amber Dugger obtained their high school diploma from David Crockett High School, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Tusculum College. Amber attended Tusculum College from 2005 to 2009.
