Caroline Hilliard

Caroline Hilliard has a diverse work experience primarily in finance. Caroline is currently working as the Finance Director for the Northeast Region at Rexel USA since December 2020. Prior to this, they held roles such as Finance Manager - Northeast Region, Finance Manager - Controller, and Finance Manager - Gexpro Operations at Rexel USA. Caroline also worked as a Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst at Rexel C&I FPA. Before joining Rexel USA, they completed a 2-year financial leadership program at Rexel USA, where they gained experience in controllership, supply chain finance, and divisional FP&A. Additionally, Caroline had an accounting internship at F.L. Roberts & Co., Inc. in 2012.

Caroline Hilliard studied at the University of Connecticut from 2009 to 2013, completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a focus on Accounting.
