John Nahas

John Nahas has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. John started their career as a Manager of Investments at Regency Centers in 2012. John then joined CoastOak Group as a Vice President in 2014 before returning to Regency Centers as a Senior Manager of Investments in 2015. John quickly rose through the ranks, becoming the Vice President of Investments in 2016. In 2020, they joined CenterCal Properties as the President of Southern California. Currently, they hold the role of VP Strategic Planning at Rexford Industrial and is also the Managing Director of Asset Management.

John Nahas has a Master of Real Estate Development degree from the University of Southern California. John also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
