Patrick Schlehuber

Patrick Schlehuber has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Patrick is currently serving as a Board Member at NAIOP SoCal Chapter since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Rexford Industrial for over a decade, starting in 2009. During their time at Rexford Industrial, they held various positions including Chief Investment Officer and Executive Vice President, Investments. In these roles, they played a crucial role in the company's growth, overseeing the expansion of their portfolio by over 43 million square feet and closing property acquisitions and dispositions worth over $10 billion. Before joining Rexford Industrial, Patrick worked at First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. as a Transaction Officer - Investment Associate. Patrick also has previous experience as an Associate at The Relational Group and Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen and KPMG.

Patrick Schlehuber attended Carlsbad High from 1991 to 1995. Patrick then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Finance at the University of Notre Dame from 1995 to 1999.
