Judy Chen

Judy Chen is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Rexnord since July 2019, Judy previously held the position of BP & TA Lead at KUKA Robotics from December 2014 to July 2019. Prior to that, Judy worked at Whirlpool Corporation - China as HR Assistant Manager, supporting a sales function comprising 28 branch offices and managing a workforce of 200 permanent and 2,000 contract employees from January 2011 to October 2014. Judy’s career began as a Senior HR Specialist at thyssenkrupp, where responsibilities included recruitment and employee relations for 500 permanent employees between July 2006 and December 2010. Judy holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, completed in 2006.
