Pavan Kankipati

Pavan Kankipati is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Director of IT for APAC at Rexnord since March 2008. In this capacity, Pavan established a Technical Center of Excellence in India, managing a 60-person offshore team and overseeing all vendor communications. Pavan has successfully built IT operations from the ground up, executed web-based initiatives, and streamlined SAP installations. Prior to Rexnord, Pavan held positions at Hexaware Technologies, Wipro Technologies, and Lockheed Martin, encompassing roles from Project Manager to Programmer Analyst. Pavan holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University, completed in 1996, and attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for higher secondary education.
