Daniel Becker has a strong background in human resources and talent management. Daniel started their career as an Attractions Attendant/Lead at Universal Orlando Resort in 2007 and then moved on to become a Sr. Human Resources Representative at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in 2010. In 2015, they joined Reyes Beverage Group as a Human Resources Generalist, where they handled various HR and talent management activities. Daniel later advanced to the position of Human Resources Manager, responsible for implementing HR strategies and managing employee relations. Currently, they serve as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Reyes Beverage Group, setting the strategy for the Talent Acquisition team and partnering with business leaders to develop workforce plans and talent pipelines.
Daniel Becker earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Central Florida from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Management from the University of West Florida from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their degrees, Daniel has also obtained certifications such as the SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2014.
