David Pearson

Vice President Human Resources West Division at Reyes Beverage Group

David Pearson has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. David began their career with Enterprise Holdings in 1995 as a Group Human Resources Manager, where they oversaw a team of employees and was responsible for staffing, retention, and employee development. In 2010, they joined The Home Depot as a District Human Resources Manager, working with a team of associates and supporting staffing, retention, and associate relations initiatives. David later held roles as a Regional Director of Human Resources, Senior Director of Human Resources Merchandising Services, and Senior Director of Human Resources Contact Centers. In these positions, they focused on defining HR strategy, driving company culture, and implementing positive HR processes. In 2023, David joined Reyes Beverage Group as the Vice President of Human Resources for the West Division.

David Pearson received their Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 1995. David later obtained a Master's Degree in Communication, General from La Salle University in 2007.
