Chris Degrave

Chris DeGrave, MBA has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles within the food and beverage industry. Chris'smost recent role was as the Plant Director at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, where they have been since 2020. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager at Refresco from 2018 to 2019, overseeing a large staff and managing multiple brands. From 2016 to 2017, Chris was the Director of Operations at STAUBER, where they successfully implemented a capital plan for facility improvements. Chris also held the position of Director of Operations at Kerry Group, driving safety improvements and reducing customer complaints. Earlier in their career, Chris worked as a QA Manager and an Operations Manager at Dr Pepper Snapple Group. Chris began their career at MEMC Electronic Materials as a Lab & Manufacturing Manager. Chris's extensive experience in operations, management, and quality control make him a valuable asset to any organization.

Chris DeGrave, MBA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management & International Business from Saint Louis University. Chris also completed their MBA from Saint Louis University.
