Ryan Retallick has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan began their career at Best Buy as a Customer Service representative from 2007 to 2008. Ryan then transitioned to Xavier University MHSA Graduate Program, where they worked as a Recruiting/Inquiry of Health Administration Graduates from 2008 to 2012.
In 2012, Ryan joined The Coca-Cola Company as a Distribution Planner 1 before quickly advancing to the role of Distribution Supervisor. As a Distribution Supervisor, they were responsible for managing drivers and ensuring adherence to delivery standards and regulatory requirements.
From 2014 to 2016, Ryan served as the Distribution Manager at The Coca-Cola Company, where they oversaw warehouse and distribution operations, including managing drivers and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. Ryan also managed cross-dock operations and maintained budget parameters.
In 2017, Ryan joined Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated as a Field Distribution Manager. In this role, they provided coaching and training to delivery supervisors, ensured effective process and front-line leadership, and maintained communication with various teams. Ryan also monitored performance and made necessary adjustments, evaluated merchandising plans, and managed workforce and expenses.
Most recently, Ryan is employed at Great Lakes Coca-Cola Bottling, where they have held various roles. Ryan started as a Distribution Manager in 2019 and was later promoted to Senior Operations Manager in 2020. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations TN/KY, overseeing operations in Tennessee and Kentucky.
Ryan Retallick attended Xavier University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Management. Ryan also holds a certification in Building Business Acumen from Acumen Learning, with the year of completion being 2023.
