Amanda Baab has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amanda began their career at the FAMU/FSU College of Engineering as a Student Research Assistant, where they organized grants and budget materials and copy-edited journals. Amanda later worked at Dave & Buster's as a Cocktail/Shift Lead/Banquet Server and at the University of North Florida as a Student, editing stories for publication in the student newspaper and aiding in podcast creation. Amanda also interned at Skirt! Magazine as a Blogger, assisting in website promotion and development. Amanda then gained experience in media and promotions, working at iHeartMedia as a Promotions Intern and managing social networking sites for radio programs. Amanda also served as a Field Agent at BFG Agency, engaging consumers at events and securing data for a tobacco company's mailing list. Moving into management roles, Amanda worked as an Operations Manager at Hertz and as a Shift Leader at Miller's Ale House Restaurants. Amanda then transitioned into the tobacco industry, working as a Territory Manager at Santa Fe Natural Tobacco Company, managing accounts and analyzing data for volume and share growth. Finally, they joined Reynolds American Inc., where they served as a Senior Territory Manager and was later promoted to Manager Retail Scan Data and Lead Manager Data Strategy & Development. In these roles, they collaborated with various business units, utilized SQL to improve data delivery, and launched client-facing tools to improve data integrity and reporting. Throughout their career, Amanda has demonstrated a strong analytical mindset and a talent for maximizing growth and market share.

Amanda Baab obtained a Certification in Data Analytics from Wake Forest University in 2023-2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from the University of North Florida in 2006-2010.
