Sharon Smith

Sharon Smith started their work experience in 1974 at Brown & Williamson Tobacco, where they held the position of Director of Marketing Services until August 2004. In 1984, they joined R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. and held the role of VP Rewards & HR Operations. Throughout their career, they have gained significant experience in the tobacco industry, specifically in marketing services and HR operations.

Sharon Smith earned a BSBA degree in Marketing from the University of Louisville from 1972 to 1979. Sharon then pursued an MBA degree in Business from Bellarmine University from 1979 to 1981.
