Taryn Winner

Taryn Winner has experience in scientific and regulatory affairs. Taryn worked at Reynolds American Inc. from 2015-2023, starting as an Analytical Chemist IV and progressing to the role of Director - Scientific and Regulatory Affairs. Their responsibilities included vapor product submissions to the FDA and overseeing project and product management. Taryn also conducted relevant chemistry studies, including product stability studies. Prior to their time at Reynolds American Inc., Taryn worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Miami University from 2010-2015, where their research focused on investigating counterfeit packaging materials using ATR-FTIR imaging.

Taryn Winner completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Analytical Chemistry from Miami University in the years 2010 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry from Wittenberg University between 2006 and 2010. Taryn also received their high school diploma from Greenville High School in the period of 2002 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Developing Self-Awareness from LinkedIn in 2023.
