Paul Pegg has a comprehensive and diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Paul started their career at Christian Salvesen, where they held various roles including Director of Strategy Development, Business Unit Managing Director, Regional Director, and General Manager. After leaving Christian Salvesen, they joined Frigoscandia as a Director, where they were responsible for a £60 million turnover business in Cold Store/Logistics, managing major food manufacturer accounts and a team of 1000 staff.
From there, Paul Pegg joined Keystone Distribution UK Limited as the VP of Keystone Distribution Europe. In this role, they had full profit and loss responsibility for a €1 billion supply chain service for McDonald's restaurants in the UK and France, overseeing a team of 1500 staff. Paul also held board responsibility for a joint venture in Germany.
Prior to their current role, Paul Pegg worked as an Advisor, Consultant, and Interim Executive at their own company, Paul Pegg Ltd. Paul gained extensive experience in international assignments in China, Western Europe, and the UK during this time.
Currently, Paul Pegg holds the position of Operations Director at Reynolds Catering Supplies Ltd.
Paul Pegg attended Boroughmuir High School from 1970 to 1975. Paul then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science at The University of Edinburgh from 1975 to 1978.
