Maria Poindexter

Maria Poindexter has over three decades of diverse work experience in instructional design, professional development, and academia. Maria has held roles such as Adjunct Faculty Member at the University of Richmond, Acting Director of HR & OD at J Sargeant Reynolds Community College, and Doctoral Assistant at Penn State University. Their expertise spans from teaching to training and development, showcasing a strong commitment to education and organizational growth throughout their career.

Maria Poindexter earned their B.S. in Marketing from Temple University in 1987. Maria then went on to complete their M.Ed in Instructional Systems at the Pennsylvania State University from 1996-2000. Maria furthered their education by obtaining a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems from Penn State University from 1998-2003.
