Amy Glawe

Amy Glawe, SEA, is an experienced sustainability professional currently serving as Senior ESG Portfolio Manager at Reynolds Consumer Products since February 2023. Prior to this role, Glawe was the Director of Circular Economy Programs at Pregis, where collaboration with various stakeholders led to the development of circular systems for product recycling and a Circular Design Guide. Glawe also held the position of Technical Product Manager at Winpak Portion Packaging Inc., leading sustainability initiatives and waste reduction efforts. As Materials Science Lab & Sustainability Manager at Scholle IPN, Glawe established a sustainability program and aligned operational projects with sustainability objectives. Earlier career roles included Group Leader at Viskase Corporation, Development Engineer at Morton International, and Research Engineer at Dow Chemical Company. Glawe holds a Master’s of Science in Sustainable Management from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and a BS in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron.
