Joseph Culleeney

Joseph Culleeney is an experienced Plant Manager at Reynolds Consumer Products, leading a workforce of over 700 employees from six different unions since September 2021, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality. Prior to this role, Joseph served as Assistant Plant Manager and Operations Manager at Harley-Davidson Motor Company for over 12 years, managing a $45MM+ annual budget and overseeing various operational aspects in a large-scale manufacturing environment. Joseph began a career in manufacturing engineering through a four-year rotational Technical Excellence Program, ultimately holding supervision and engineering roles in a machining department. Joseph holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
