Mindy Zeppo

Mindy Zeppo has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in supply chain planning, demand planning, customer service, and sales support. Mindy started their career at The Princeton Review as a tutor for ACT tests. Mindy then worked at Afni as a trainer, providing customer service and collection training. Mindy later joined Vitality Foodservice, Inc as a sales assistant, providing sales support for the Midwest team. Mindy then joined Kraft Foods Group, where they held multiple roles including Supply Chain Customer Service Coordinator, Demand Planner, and Forecast Planner II. Mindy also worked at The Kraft Heinz Company as a Supply Chain Planner for Tassimo, Soluble Coffee, and E-Commerce. Currently, they are working at Reynolds Consumer Products as an IT Delivery Lead in Supply Chain Planning and previously held roles such as Supply Planning Functional Manager and Materials Replenishment Planning Process Lead. Mindy Zeppo has a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Elementary Education from Illinois State University. Additionally, they hold a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree in Management from Argosy University, where they attended from 2006 to 2008. Mindy also possesses a certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) obtained from APICS in December 2020.
