Michael Philyaw is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-level kitchen management. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Cuscowilla on Lake Oconee since December 2018, Michael has also held various significant roles at Reynolds Lake Oconee since March 2010, including Chef De Cuisine and Chef Tournant. Previous positions include Chef De Cuisine at Reynolds Landing and The Polo Club of Boca Raton, showcasing a strong background in fine dining. Michael holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Atlanta, earned between 2003 and 2005.
