Oliver Wilcher possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Beverage Services and Director of Restaurant Services at Reynolds Lake Oconee since April 2015, where oversight of daily operations and management of Plantation Grille and National Tavern has been a key responsibility. Prior to this, Oliver held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at Harbor Club on Lake Oconee from November 2012 to March 2015, focusing on food and beverage production, service, and budget planning. An earlier internship at Harmony Crossing Animal Hospital provided experience in veterinary clinical operations. From July 2008 to June 2011, Oliver worked at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company as a Food and Beverage Supervisor, contributing to the opening team of Linger Longer Steakhouse. Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Georgia College and State University and is Level II Wine & Spirits Certified through the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
