Alex Yeo

Alex Yeo has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. In 2016 and 2018, they were a Sales Assistant at GO Outdoors LTD. In 2019, they were a Geophysics Intern at SAND Geophysics Ltd and a Geospatial Developer, Junior Technical Specialist, and Remote Sensing Analyst Support Technician at 4 Earth Intelligence. Most recently, in 2022, they were a Data Engineer at Rezatec. While at 4 Earth Intelligence, their role as Technical Specialist included taking on similar tasks as the previous role, with increased responsibility including planning, coordination and delegation of some technical tasks. Alex also developed software for processing hyperspectral drone imagery and worked towards increasing awareness and adoption of DevOps and MLOps practices.

Alex Yeo attended the University of Southampton from 2015 to 2019, graduating with an MSci Geophysics degree. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Clean Code from Udemy, and in 2022 they obtained a certification in REST APIs with Flask and Python from Udemy.
