Amanda began their career at Schwartz & Company, LLP as an Administrative Assistant, where they provided support to CPAs and accountants, handled copywriting and editing tasks, and created tax returns. Amanda then moved on to Labrodex Studios as a Social Media Manager, responsible for managing the company's social media presence. Amanda continued to expand their skills at Harry Marsh Law, where they served as an Administrative Assistant, assisting with document review, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with banks and credit unions. Amanda then transitioned to the mortgage industry, joining Better as a Closing Expert, where they reviewed loan files and facilitated the closing process. Amanda was subsequently promoted to Post Closer, working on loan organization and delivery. Most recently, Amanda joined Rezdy as a Customer Care Specialist, providing exceptional customer service. With their diverse background and varied skillset, Amanda has gained valuable experience in administrative tasks, customer service, social media management, and mortgage operations.
