Hugh Tran has a diverse range of work experience. Hugh started their career as a Barista and Manager at Papparoti & Vlounge in 2012. In 2013, they became a Travel Consultant at Flightcentre Limited, where they excelled at building relationships with clients and achieving sales targets. In 2014, Hugh worked as a Business Development Manager at Media Messenger Pty Ltd, where they specialized in providing digital marketing solutions to SME clients. In 2016, they joined Quandoo APAC as an Operations Manager & Partner Manager Intern, where they gained experience in customer support, project management, and web development. Hugh also co-founded MutiBuddy in 2014, taking responsibility for building the user base and managing prototype development. Since 2016, they have been working at Rezdy, initially as a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist, then as a Senior Technical Support Lead, and currently as a Customer Operations Technical Lead. In their current role, Hugh has introduced new tools and processes to improve the operations of the customer support team, created knowledge bases, and optimized tasks to increase efficiency.

Hugh Tran earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Western Sydney University, studying from 2009 to 2011. In 2013, they obtained a Certificate IV in Tourism from Franklyn Scholar, specializing in travel and tourism.
