Indika has been with Rezgateway since its inception and is responsible for leading the engineering and technology innovations for the company’s products and services.
Indika was instrumental in kick starting open source, cloud, mobile and agile initiatives at Rezgateway and is currently working on building a new platform based on microservice architecture and cloud-to-device for Rezgateway’s product offerings.
He has over 18 years of technical experience covering a wide variety of disciplines including enterprise web applications, building scalable and distributed applications, Java EE platform, agile development and enterprise IT.
Though he started as a developer, Indika spent most of his career architecting complex solution and overseeing their development from end to end. This gives Indika the insight and the experience to leverage solutions and methodologies across different disciplines.
Outside work, Indika is an enthusiastic Rugby fan, a martial arts practitioner and likes to spend his time studying technology innovations.
