Ping Liang has had a long and successful career in the engineering field. Ping began their career in 1997 as the Founder and CEO of TransDimension Inc., where they successfully delivered on all promised deliverables to the Department of Defense. In 2013, they founded RF DSP Inc., a leader in O-RAN Split PHY, 5G Massive MIMO and Intelligent Networks. In 2014, they were elected as a Fellow of the National Academy of Inventors. In 2015, they co-founded the Cellular Nanomed Institute and led the Next-Generation Non-Surgical Neurotechnology (N3) project, which was funded by DARPA. Most recently, in 2019, they were elected as a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Engineering.
Ping Liang holds a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and a B.Eng in Computer Engineering from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
