Collin Abert

Collin Abert, CFA has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Collin is currently a Managing Director at RF Investment Partners, a company that provides debt and equity investments to growth-oriented businesses. Collin's role involves partnering with EBITDA positive companies and revenue multiple companies to provide investment capital for various situations such as management buyouts and shareholder liquidity events.

Prior to their current position, Collin held various roles at Lake Capital. Collin started as an Associate and Senior Associate in 2011 and worked their way up to become Vice President in 2014. Later, they served as a Director from 2016 to 2017 and then as a Principal from 2017 to 2023.

Collin began their career at J.P. Morgan as an Investment Banking Analyst from 2008 to 2011.

Collin Abert, CFA earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting from the Gies College of Business - University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. In 2016, they obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
