Charlie Blackburn

Charlie Blackburn started their career in 2009 as an Associate at Electric City Printing, where they managed and maintained customer StoreFront sites and performed customer service duties. Charlie then worked as an Associate Night Shift Production Manager at Maximum Graphics in 2010, where they managed two night shifts and trained temporary labor to meet peak volumes. In 2011, they became the Associate Director of IT at Mercury Printing, overseeing the implementation of Oracle EBS R12 and providing guidance for system development.

From 2012 to 2014, Charlie worked at BIAS Corporation as a Senior Consultant, where they served as the Functional Support Lead for an FINS environment and as the Functional Lead on a stabilization project. Charlie then joined Hitachi Consulting in 2014 as a Senior Consultant, leading the Transportation track and guiding the team for the implementation of JDE with OTM integration.

Returning to BIAS Corporation in 2017, Charlie took on the role of Principal Consultant, specializing in OTM 6.3.7+ and EBS 11i - R12. Charlie also served as the Senior Principal Consultant, contributing to the development of the Cloud Toolkit and leading the Procurement/Supply Chain Track for an Oracle Cloud R13 implementation.

Currently, Charlie is working as a Business Analyst at RF-SMART since 2021.

Charlie Blackburn received their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. Charlie attended the university from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their degree, they obtained the certification of "Oracle Transportation Management 6 Essentials" from Oracle in December 2015.
