Kim Udell, PHR has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Kim is currently working as an HR Business Partner Manager at RF-SMART, where they provide consultation and expertise in all areas of Human Resources. Prior to this role, they served as an HR Business Partner at the same company, where they partnered with senior leadership to provide strategic HR support.

Before joining RF-SMART, Kim worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Interchanges, where they provided HR guidance and support to managers on employee performance issues. Kim also served as a Benefits Administrator at Abentras, overseeing account management responsibilities for clients and building strong relationships with insurance carriers.

Kim has also gained experience in the hospitality industry, working as a Manager of Human Resources at VIZERGY and as a Natural Search Analyst, responsible for SEO of client websites. Kim Udell, PHR, earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of North Florida. Kim attended the university from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their degree, Kim has obtained several certifications. In December 2013, they became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) through the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In February 2015, they also obtained the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
