Marissa Ann Boughner (Garcia), M.S. has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Business Development Manager at RF-SMART since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Development Representative at the same company since June 2021.

Marissa Ann obtained their Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Dance/Sociology from Jacksonville University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In 2020, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University.

In addition to their formal education, Marissa has also pursued further professional development by obtaining a Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite in November 2020.
