Steve Smithwick

Steve Smithwick has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Steve is currently working as a Business Analyst at RF-SMART since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior NetSuite Administrator at Echelon Fitness Multimedia, LLC from September 2021 to April 2022. Steve also worked as a Principal Consultant at NetSuite from April 2021 to September 2021.

Steve has significant experience with operations and management roles as well. Steve served as the Operations Manager at FactoryMation from June 2011 to April 2021, where they were responsible for process improvement and implementation of WMS systems. Before that, they were a General Manager at Jobsite Services for over 13 years, overseeing sales and operations for a manufacturer of metal roofing and rainware.

Additionally, Steve worked as a Product Manager at Spectra Metals, overseeing the launch of a steel rainware product line. Steve also held a purchasing role at FactoryMation and served as the General Manager of the Tool Division at GDI Tools, where they focused on sales, marketing, and procurement.

Steve started their career as the Owner of Below Deck Systems, LLC. Overall, they bring a wealth of experience in various roles within operations, management, consulting, and business analysis.

Steve Smithwick obtained a BBA in Marketing from the University of West Georgia, where they studied from 1991 to 1994. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications from NetSuite, including NetSuite Certified SuiteAnalytics User, NetSuite Certified Administrator, and NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation. Steve earned these certifications in June, July, and August of 2021.
