Arunava Das has extensive work experience in the maintenance and mechanical engineering field. Arunava started their career in 2012 as an Assistant Manager Maintenance at Paradeep Phosphates Limited, where they gained experience in mechanical maintenance activities. In 2014, they joined MCPI Private Limited as a Mechanical Manager, and later became the Engineering and Maintenance Manager at MCPI PVT. LTD. (Formerly Mitsubishi Chemicals), where they worked for a total of 6.6 years. Arunava has expertise in maintenance of PTA, chemical, and fertilizer industries, with skills in handling pumps, blowers, vacuum filters, compressors, and rotary drums. Currently, they are working as a Deputy Manager at Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, where they are responsible for overseeing the inspection and reliability cell, as well as handling condition monitoring instruments for both rotary and static equipment.

Arunava Das completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Dr.B.C.Roy Engineering College in Durgapur, W.B. from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued their +2 education in science at Kalyani University Experimentah High School from 2006 to 2008.
