Michael Gile

Michael Gile is a Client Success Manager at RFMS. Michael has over fifteen years of experience in the flooring industry, including Production Manager at Design Source Flooring. In this role, they were responsible for managing the Production Department, which handles inventory, bids, projects, installer payroll, purchasing, shipping, invoicing, and other business related tasks for all DSF markets. Michael also served as a member of the DSF Leadership team, which is an Executive Management group that is responsible for all business decisions and future plans involving DSF.

Michael has a deep understanding of the flooring industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to their current role at RFMS. Michael is passionate about helping their clients be successful and takes a personal interest in their businesses. Michael enjoys working with people and building relationships that last.
