Research requires creativity as well as dogged, stubborn tenacity. Jeff brings both attributes to devour difficult radar & ultrasound sensing problems others dismiss as impossible. His experience spans realization of prototypes from ideas, UHF to mmWave, detection to object identification, and machine learning. He brings forward 34+ years of experience from the US Naval Research Laboratory and Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.
