Max Richman

Max Richman is a technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in B2B sales enablement and employee engagement. As the CTO and co-founder of rfrd.io since September 2020, Max has focused on simplifying the business reference process for sales and customer success teams. Prior to this, Max served as a Perks & Engagement Consultant at Zestful, where the emphasis was on personalized employee rewards. Previous roles include co-founding KidCodeIt, working as a Teaching Assistant at RefactorU, and gaining valuable educational experience as a Teachers Aide and Personal Tutor. Max began a career in public service as a Congressional Intern for Congressman Ed Royce, while educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
