Irene Sobrevilla

Irene Sobrevilla is an accomplished finance and economics professional with extensive experience in budget management and project oversight. Currently serving as International Controller at RFSU since September 2019, responsibilities include managing the financial state of RFSU Gothenburg and overseeing major bank accounts and payments. Irene's prior experience includes presenting econometric research at the Inter-American Development Bank, serving as an Economist for the Greater London Authority where evaluation methodologies were developed, and playing a key role in the implementation of the Energy Reform at Comisión Federal de Electricidad. With a solid educational foundation, including a Master's degree from The London School of Economics and Political Science, Irene has cultivated a strong background in economics and public administration, complemented by fluency in Swedish.
