Benjamin Emery-Honzal has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development. Benjamin currently serves as the Director of Engineering at rfxcel, a part of the Antares Vision Group, where they are responsible for leading software engineering efforts. Prior to this role, Benjamin held the position of Lead Sr. Software Engineer at rfxcel since December 2017.

Before joining rfxcel, Benjamin worked at Frequentz from October 2012 to November 2017, where they held the role of Senior Lead Engineer - IRIS. In this position, they were responsible for designing and implementing the Information Repository & Intelligence Server (IRIS), along with related applications such as DSCSA. Benjamin also performed product demonstrations and provided sales support with their expertise.

Benjamin's previous experience includes working at IBM US. From December 2010 to September 2012, they served as a Staff Software Engineer, focusing on the development of the IBM InfoSphere Traceability Server and information governance solution. As a Staff Software Engineer from February 2009 to November 2010, they contributed to the development of software components for monitoring and collecting information about assets in the information supply chain. Additionally, Benjamin worked as a Software Engineer from February 2008 to January 2009, where they developed an information quality web application using Java and various IBM products.

During their early career, Benjamin interned at IBM US as a Software Engineer Intern from September 2006 to September 2007, helping in the development of an information quality web application prototype. Benjamin also gained experience at IBM Germany as an Intern from January 2005 to July 2005, working on data mining development with DB2 Alphablox.

Benjamin's work experience began with an internship at M&M Software GmbH from August 2003 to January 2004.

Benjamin Emery-Honzal completed their education history with a focus on Business Applications of Computer Science. From 2002 to 2007, they attended Hochschule Furtwangen and received a Diplom-Informatiker (FH) degree. In 2005, they briefly studied Information Systems at Hong Kong Baptist University, and in 2004, they also studied Information Systems at Southeastern Louisiana University. It is important to note that no specific degree was mentioned for the universities attended in 2004 and 2005.
