Christa Balom

Christa (Rasberry) Balom is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and employee development. Currently serving as SVP Global Executive Director of Talent at R/GA since January 2020, Christa previously held key HR leadership roles at Edelman, Momentum Worldwide, Biolumina, and The Princeton Review. Expertise includes creating and executing diversity and inclusion strategies, leading HR compliance efforts, and developing organizational talent strategies. Christa holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems with a minor in Human Resources Development from James Madison University and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from The New School.
