Jeanne Marie Nicastro

Jeanne Marie Nicastro is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent management and business development, currently serving as SVP, Global Executive Director of Talent at R/GA since March 2018. In this role, Jeanne has led crucial initiatives as Taskforce Leader for COVID-19, Future of Work, and DEI, while overseeing global learning and development strategies focused on continuous learning. Previously, Jeanne transformed organizational structures and enhanced talent experiences as Global Executive Director of Talent Transformation and played a vital role in recruitment as Executive Director of Talent Acquisition. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Crispin Porter Bogusky, where Jeanne drove agency growth and secured significant accounts, as well as Havas and MullenLowe Group, where Jeanne led marketing and business development efforts that resulted in substantial agency revenue.
