Liza Turner

Liza Turner is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruiting across various industries. Currently serving as Director of Talent Acquisition at R/GA since September 2021, Liza also excels as Director of Recruiting at c0ffe3, a company focused on creating real change within the BIPOC community. Prior roles include Associate Director of Recruiting at Digitas North America and Sr Manager of Talent Acquisition at Jobs for the Future, where Liza contributed to transformative initiatives in workforce and education systems. Liza began a recruiting career at FCB Chicago and built a solid foundation in human resources. Liza holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Oberlin College and a Master’s degree in Labor Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
