Chris Wanner

Chris Wanner is an experienced change management professional currently serving as the Director of Change Management at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since June 2022. Prior to this role, Chris worked at Bayer Crop Science from October 2017 to June 2022 as a User Adoption and Change Manager, focusing on high-impact strategic initiatives related to digitization and customer optimization. Chris also held the position of Partner Success Manager, collaborating with IT and Business teams to drive success and adoption metrics.
