Duncan started their career at Tillinghast Towers Perrin as a Senior Actuarial Consultant before moving on to become a Principal at Towers Perrin. Currently, Duncan holds multiple executive roles at Reinsurance Group of America, including Senior Vice President of GFS, ANZ, CFO, Chief Actuary, and Business Development Executive.
