Jennifer Jennings is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the insurance and financial services sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Business Initiatives and Market Growth at Reinsurance Group of America since January 2023, Jennifer previously held several leadership roles at Grange Insurance from June 2010 to October 2022, including Vice President of Marketing, where management of brand and digital marketing strategies was key to achieving business results. Prior to Grange Insurance, Jennifer contributed to Nationwide in various capacities, including Associate Vice President of Staff Administration and Sales Development, focusing on strategic transformation and business strategy development. Jennifer holds an MBA in Business/Finance from Capital University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Grove City College.
